Six Word Saturday…October 30

My six words for today are:  These two are attending “THE GAME”.

Yes, folks, it’s time for a little serious football today!  Today is the day of the annual Georgia/Florida game!  It’s a rivalry that goes waaaay back.  Time to put on our red and black and root for the “dawgs”!  Lucky Brad and Jennifer have tickets and will be in sunny Florida watching the game in person…We’ll be in sunny Georgia watching it on the big screen television, and screaming “Go Dawgs”!  Did I mention that my brother and his family live in sunny Florida?  They will be watching via their big screen,  screaming “Go Gators”!  May the best team win 🙂

  1. Almost like the Auburn/Alabama game, better known as the Iron Bowl.
Auburn still has to play Georgia….so I’m not sure who I want to win ‘The Game’ but since you’re my friend, I’m gonna say: Go Dawgs!

  2. May the best dawgs win! The boys of fall are certainly helping me to get over my Phillie’s hangover.

  3. Go Dawgs !!!

  4. lol, I always scream “Hook ‘Em Horns” 😛

  5. My hubby is the sports fan in this family. He’s watching the game and I’m in my room blogging! (:>)

  6. Over here everyone’s all about the Giants and the Rangers games, since we live in the Bay Area there is a lot of Go Giants signs hanging everywhere.

And I checked out Brandy’s dice costume, very original. I’ll bet it was hard to get around in. Bethany’s R2D2 costume was hard on her last year too.

    • Thanks for all of the comments, Ruth. Good for you for not being in a hurry to grow up! There isn’t anything wrong with that. Did you make Bethany’s R2D2 outfit? We tried to do a “tin man” once, but never finished it…

  7. They lost, but not by much. Man, was that a good game or what? I bet Brad and Jennifer had a ball…no pun intended. Win or lose, it doesn’t matter, I’ll always love my Dawgs !!!

    • Cindy, yes the last half of that game was pretty exciting. I was so hoping that they’d pull off a win…maybe next year! Yes, Brad and Jennifer said they had a lot of fun.
